Our process is simple, you email us the picture that you want created and explain to us what you would like done and we normally get back to you within 24 hours with pricing and options. Each piece is made by hand individually with love and care. From coasters to plaques to pictures to Urns the basic process is the same. We are also able to seal the ashes inside the Urn before mailing your masterpiece to you.
Once you decide what you would like created we get started on the project within 24 hours of payment is received. If you are wanting us to create an Urn and seal the ashes in it we start creating the Urn right away. Once we get the ashes from you that you want in the Urn we seal the ashes inside the Urn and then send the Urn to you along with any left over ashes.
